I'm EXTREMELY proud that the #Yugioh x #FFXIV duel disk controller works good enough for dungeon and raids with random people. Weeks of work to get this to work was well worth it. The hardest part was actually using the disk. My forearm is wayyy to big to wear it anymore 😂

After many days of work I'm so EXCITED to say I've finished my #FFXIV Dancer Controller. Now in Final Fantasy 14 you literally have to dance to give your party buffs and it's dumb. Thankfully the Kinect (and my back) held up in both trials and dungeons! Thread below 🕺🧵

Just a quick update for my #ffxiv x #ringfit project. 🏃‍♂️💨 Currently you can't move forward or back without jogging/running IRL. Of course it wouldn't be a leg day without squat controls. Combat needs more testing but overall we made good progress. More info this friday! 💪

Nice Argument, Unfortunately Keen Edge -> Brutal Shell -> Solid Barrel -> *proceeds to reload * -> Gnashing Fang combo by shooting a box full of duct tape and wires. I'm so close to actually playing ffxiv with a Nerf Crownsblade I can taste the paint fumes 😵‍💫

Happy Friday! 🍕 We turned a wholesome box of Pizza into a controller for Dark Souls. I turned Plug-n-Play into Plug-n-Eat. It also works on the PS5 but calling it "Pizza-Sense" didn't roll of the tongue as well! 9/10 would pizza again. I hope I made @pizzahutgaming proud 😆!

BIG UPDATE on my DRK controller for #FFXIV I got a new board and now I've developed better motion tracking! So now the basic rotation is purely done through corresponding motions. Debating if I should clean up the wiring but it should be done this weekend LETS GOO

@JakeSucky Hey idk if this counts but recently I've been helping people out with combining exercising with gaming by making controller mods. We've worked on Exercise bikes that let you play Mario Kart and even modded Ring fit to work on Elden Ring so you have to run and squat to play!

This is my favorite thing that's coming out in the patch. I know MMOs are about playing with others but sometimes it's nice to chill and learn how to play BRD with a guitar controller without having to worry your teammates when you run into a every AoE possible

Progress report on my #FFXIV Duel-disk controller! The idea is simple: Astro uses cards to play buffs. Yugioh uses cards. Place a Yugioh card in the corresponding slot and that party member gets the card. Draw/redraw are program ready just need to hook it up to the disk!

Late enough for an update on my #FFXIV Yugioh Duel-Disk controller? 👀 Now you can Draw and Redraw by drawing Yugioh cards! A bit weird logic-wise but I'm glad it worked. I improved the method of giving your party members buff which is based on what slot you put the card in!🔉
