Velo is a huge component to where you will end up in college baseball. @TheBABaseball players saw as high as 9 MPH increase in Run & Gun Velo. We develop strong, healthy and athletic arms. Pitchers, if you want to gain some velocity and challenged academically, apply to Bridgton.

Fungos are great for timing, rhythm and creating space. One thing they don’t do for infielders is get them game like ground balls. Training infielders at a faster speed than the game and watch their internal clock slow down and fielding percentage sky rocket. #ComfortKills

Best thing I learned on the hilltop of @TheBABaseball . Practice days are my days as a coach & game days are the players days to play. If your practices are in depth, player development driven and prepare for game day, you can sit back relax and watch your players have fun. #Win

Plyo ball drills are a main staple of what we do at Bridgton Academy. Drills such as reverse throws & pivot picks should be done daily. But, The best drill for arm care, velocity increase and sequencing is Long toss. Must feed the arm if you want it to grow. #BeBetter #ArmFarm
