Kevin Feige says the MCU avoided using Doc Ock and Green Goblin before
#SpiderManNoWayHome
because they didn't think they could do better than Alfred Molina and Willem Dafoe ππ

Counter counterpoint, it allows us to get more stories with those villains instead of: 1 movie, and that's it forever now. ofc I also agree with you of seeing new villains get the spotlight, these villains are popular for a reason and it would be nice to see more than one story

Would you rather not get Mysterio and Vulture so they could do the Green Goblin and Doc Ock for two films again?
This film was more of a celebratory film anyways

It's a balance
I don't want Peter to ALWAYS fight Venom in every iteration, but at the same time I don't want Spiderman 3 to be the only time I'll ever see Venom vs. Spiderman
Just like I don't want every Xmen series to end with Phoenix Saga, I'd still like to see it done well
