Podcast that weighs evidence from both sides, point by point, to determine if the Warren Report got it right. And if not, what happened? All facts cited.
Why would the

have someone reviewing a film about the JFK Assassination who apparently doesn’t know any of the basic details?
The review ends with, “You will finish the film agreeing that what the doctors saw is crucial. But what it all means for America’s most
Can’t wait to drop episode 41. Just recorded it last night. It’s what we in the biz like to call a “banger”. All dedicated to George de Mohrenschildt, including some stuff on Ruth Paine’s dad, George HW Bush, and Bill O’Reilly!
Some episodes are more exciting than others. Lots
I saw
@AlecBaldwin
give a really great talk on the JFK Assassination last night in Pittsburgh. He also has well-informed opinions on foreign policy and knows the JFK case well.
In 2013, he was just about to do a 50th JFKA anniversary special on his show on MSNBC and the network
UPDATE: David Talbot announced today at the JFKA60 Wecht Conference that he DID have a planned opinion piece he was asked to write by the Times for the 60th anniversary. BUT, after he submitted it, he was told that they couldn’t print it because it’s “tricky” for the
@ALF4Prez2020
@nytimes
True, but I understand they’ve asked David Talbot to write a piece for the 60th anniversary. So I thought they would do better. I’d be ok with “we at the NYT believe these doctors are all lying because it’s against the autopsy evidence” - which is the position you must take to
Excited to have new episodes back starting this week! Here’s a little program note:
11/22 - Episode 28 - The Paul Landis Allegation
11/29 - Bonus - JFK 60 Conference featuring clips/interviews from Alec Baldwin, Rob Reiner, Doug Horne, Josiah Thompson and more!

I love comparing and contrasting authors who reach very different conclusions. Deep in the research for Oswald in the Marines. Probably looking at 2 episodes in that series, maybe 3.
Oswald is accused of shooting at General Walker. But if so, Oswald, who had no ammo found among his possessions, would have had to get different bullets to kill JFK because this FBI memo says the bullets used to shoot at JFK are different from the bullet used to shoot at General
I do not believe there is any validity to the “driver shot JFK” theory. Primarily, this is because I don’t believe all of the other things in the case line up with that theory. Enough people bring it up that I will cover it in depth at some point and do so with an open mind, but
Hello
@SolvingJfk
I am very curious what you and Jeff Crudele of JFK: The Enduring Secret podcast thinking the new Netflix documentary American Conspiracy: The Octopus Murders , episode 3 someone describes an alternative Zapruder film where the driver of the limo shoots JFK
Out now! We look at The Backyard Photos, including the HSCA photo panel results, the background of the Imperial Reflex Camera, and the related statements of Marina Oswald.
Next week, we look at arguments against the authenticity of the photos. Then, we are on to General Walker
November 14th is a big day for Solving JFK! The JFK Assassination Chokeholds book comes out.
And JFK: What the Doctors Saw is out on Paramount Plus. Haven't seen it yet. But, I filmed for it and should be in it as a talking head.
Ep 42 is out now! We look at how Ruth Paine and Marina Oswald’s relationship began, the FBI reopening Oswald’s file, and the personal connections of Ruth and Michael Paine.
I’d like to dedicate my contributions in the JFK Assassination Chokeholds book to my college professor who told me that it wasn’t worth studying and “no credible historians” believe anything other than Oswald acted alone.
New series starts tomorrow! We’ll look at more record discrepancies and anecdotes about Oswald during his time in the military, focusing on boot camp through Atsugi.
Thanks to
@BostonGlobe
for name dropping me in this article on JFK: What the Doctors Saw. The review doesn’t address the core issue of the assassination, but I sent it to my mom. She’s printing it out and putting it on the fridge. 👍
Episode 29 is out today! We look at Oswald’s life from birth through his time in New York City, including many anomalies and inconsistencies in the underlying records. Was Oswald ever in North Dakota? And are we sure he started 8th grade in NYC and not New Orleans?
I’ll be on with
@georgegalloway
tonight at about 5:30 eastern talking JFK60.
Then, I’m doing a live Tik Tok with my dude
@skipgienapp
- the king of JFK Tik Tok - at 10pm eastern.
We hit a milestone recently! Thanks for helping the show get there. Shout out to my wife for the plaque!
We are off this week, but will be back at it next week. Coming down the pike:
- Russia
- George de Mohrenschildt
- General Walker
- Ruth Paine
- New Orleans!
Let’s
Clint Hill is sure that the Warren Report is right. The problem with that is his initial written statement says “a portion of the presidents head on the right rear side was missing.” Not what the autopsy shows. But it is what the parkland doctors said. 🧐
Episode 39 is out now. We look at the Oswald family’s trip from Minsk to Fort Worth, including whether Oswald was interviewed by the CIA or FBI. Then, we analyze how George de Mohrenschildt came to know Lee Harvey Oswald.
I was recognized today for the first time by someone who knew me from JFK: What the Doctors Saw. Unfortunately, it was my dental hygienist, who was doing work on me. Pretty hard to look cool in that scenario. 😂🤣
The rifle test scores were from 190-250. Oswald got 212 in 1956 and 191 in 1959. Not all that great. More importantly, there is no evidence whatsoever that he practiced in advance of 11/22/63. Also, his peers said he was a poor shot.
With the 60th anniversary of the JFK assassination looming, remember that Lee Harvey Oswald was a trained marksman firing at a slow-moving, unprotected, unobstructed target from a short distance away with plenty of time to get three shots off. Nothing precludes him acting alone.
New episode recapping Young Oswald today. I’m joined by
@mlombardiNFL
to talk Young Oswald and the document and timeline discrepancies mentioned in episodes 29-31.
I even end up reversing position on a couple of issues from rebuttals that were sent in. Turns out, being willing
I wrote two chapters for this 10 chapter book: Oswald wasn’t in place on the 6th floor when shots were fired and Oswald was impersonated. There is a chapter chronicling all of the obstruction of justice since the assassination that I’ve never seen done elsewhere. Out 11/14!
On this day in 1963, Lee Harvey Oswald asked his wife, Marina, to take photos in the backyard of their Dallas flat. “I thought he had gone crazy,” she later testified.
The rifle is the gun used to assassinate JFK and the pistol on his hip is the one with which he killed a Dallas
Recap & Rebuttals for Episodes 39-42 is out today! We are joined by Max Good, director of The Assassination & Mrs. Paine. Thanks to
@JFKPaine
for taking time to come on the show!
The co-worker was Buell Wesley Frazier. He and his sister (who couldn’t really see Oswald from where she was standing) are the only 2 people who said Oswald had a paper bag bigger than a lunch bag. But Frazier later said the bag in evidence was not the one he saw Oswald carrying.
60 years ago this morning, a huge crowd greets JFK at a rally in Ft. Worth Texas.
A few hours earlier, Oswald arrived for work at the Texas School Book Depository. A co-worker asked what was in the long, paper-wrapped package in his arms, Oswald said: “Oh, just some curtains.”
Lee Harvey Oswald’s half brother told the Warren Commission that the person he had Thanksgiving Dinner with “was not his brother.” But what did he mean by that?
John Newman is a legend and an expert on all things related to Oswald and the CIA. He was the executive assistant to the director of NSA and also worked in military intelligence.
Looking forward to listening to this one! (Shout out to my co-author Paul Bleau too.)
The Landis talk at this conference actually made me go back and rewrite the end of the podcast I had already recorded on Landis. Wecht chimed in on Landis’s claim too (whether it possibly could have been the back bullet) 👀 It comes out tomorrow.
Also, following up with a full
Dr. Cyril Wecht’s annual
#JFK
symposium was a great success this year.
The
#JFK60
conference came one week after Dr. Wecht donated a voluminous archive of his work to Duquesne University. His collection of research on the case will be open to the public.
1 day until we are back with new episodes. If you are new to the show, I recommend starting on episode 1. If you know the case well, maybe start with Episode 27 - Conclusions…So Far.
We know about the backyard photos and we’ll soon discuss the photos of General Walker’s house, but what do we know about the only other photos taken with the Imperial Reflex Camera?
Big week coming up:
Tuesday - 11/14
- The JFK Assassination Chokeholds book is released for ebook and paperback. (Hardcover coming soon.)
- JFK: What the Doctors Saw film is out on Paramount Plus. (I haven’t seen it yet. But filmed for 6 hours for it. So, hopefully I’m in it.
Episode 41 is out now! We have a lot more to unpack from George de Mohrenschildt to help us determine what he was really up to, including his business contacts related to Haiti, his relationship and written correspondence with former president George H.W. Bush, the story of
Out now on all podcast platforms!
We look at the claims made by former secret service agent Paul Landis about finding a pristine bullet on the backseat behind President Kennedy. Is what he’s saying now consistent with what he said before?
#JFK60
New episode out tomorrow! I’m joined by NFL broadcaster/executive
@mlombardiNFL
to talk through the disputed issues and records from Oswald’s childhood. Full length video will also be on YouTube.
The season finale is out today! Episode 27 summarizes the hard to believe fact patterns that Warren Report defenders and critics alike are signing up for. Then, we make conclusions about the key questions from this season and talk about the plans for the future of the podcast.
Recap & Rebuttals Part 9 on episodes 43-45 is out now! We are joined by 3 time Super Bowl champ and JFK Assassination enthusiast,
@mlombardiNFL
as we talk backyard photos and the General Walker shooting.
I filmed today for a major JFK Assassination documentary that comes out later this year (on a big platform). I’ll share more when I can. I’m grateful for the opportunity and I realize that many others know more about this case than I do. 🙏🤓🎥🎬🐇🕳️
Episode 40 is out now! We look at Oswald’s job at Jaggers, Chiles, Stovall; his 1962 Thanksgiving dinner with John Pic; whether he abused Marina; and the introduction of the Oswalds to Ruth Paine.
Since we know Ruth Paine took these photos in New Orleans with the Imperial Reflex, it’s not that far of a leap to say that Ruth could have owned or at least controlled the Imperial Reflex, enough to insert it into the evidence and swap it for the Stereo Realist after
We know about the backyard photos and we’ll soon discuss the photos of General Walker’s house, but what do we know about the only other photos taken with the Imperial Reflex Camera?
Read Apple reviews today for the first time since last spring. Overall, I’m honored to have a 4.8 average. Lots of kind words too. Of course, I’m focused on the guy who said I’m “ignorant” because Ralph Yates can be debunked.
Lol. Ok, hot shot. What facts would you like to use
1 week from today,

I had a great time on the
@SolvingJfk
podcast! Will give you a heads up when the episode comes out. Matt Crumpton is going really in depth in this podcast.
Episode 25: Oswald In Jail is out today! We look at statements Oswald made during his interrogation, the famous Raleigh call, and threats against Oswald that foreshadowed what was to come.
Show Update:
No new episode next week.

January 10: Recap & Rebuttals: Young Oswald (Episodes 29-31) with

I’ll be contributing 2 chapters to an upcoming anthology book collecting the strongest arguments against the Warren Report. My chapters are consistent with findings from Season 1. I cover Oswald’s book depository movements and chronicle the attempts to impersonate him.
I didn’t have concrete goals when this podcast was released. I’m still honored that anyone has taken the time to listen to these episodes. We’ve gone from 4K downloads a week in early April to 18k last week. 🙏🙏🙏
(Ep 26: Ruby Kills Oswald is out tomorrow!)
Summary of findings:
1. 7408 Ewing foreknowledge at Benbrook Common School - Inconclusive
2. 101 San Saba (Benbrook) and Ft Worth at same time – Inconclusive
3. 2nd Oswald in NYC – Inconclusive
4. Oswald in North Dakota – Inconclusive, but we probably can’t rely on the Aline

We start the Oswald background deep dive next week…
When someone says “I’m pretty sure the driver did it,” what it tells me about that person is that they have not actually looked at the material or any of the main arguments. They saw a movie. And now they want to tell you about the movie they saw.
So, no, Hickey didn’t do it.
One of the left-field

theories that will be revived and given circulation over the next dozen days, is the highly unlikely case for

The 7th & final scripted medical episode is out tomorrow. Jeff Crudele will be back for medical recap and rebuttals after that. Thanks for listening and sharing. Numbers keep going up each week. 🙏
We are back with a new episode: Part 1 of 4 on Oswald in Russia. We talk Oswald’s travel to the USSR, why he chose Helsinki, and what happened to him once he made it to Moscow.
Episode 33: Oswald in the Marines (Part 2) is out today! We look at his return to Santa Ana, more weird FBI reports that make it look like Oswald was discharged in March 1959 (instead of September), his potential Marine intelligence connections, and his application to a tiny
Oswald in the Marines (Part 1) is out today! We examine his time from boot camp in San Diego through his tour in Atsugi, Japan. We also look at the disputed and confusing trip that Oswald took to Taiwan, where he may have freaked out and started shootings in the woods.
Episode 37 is out now! We look at Oswald’s relationship with Marina, Marina’s alleged KGB ties, and Oswald’s coincidental correspondence with 2 Secretaries of the Navy.
Just finished watching this. I’m honored to be in it. It’s very well produced and has some footage I’ve never seen before. Kudos to
@barbara_shearer
on making an excellent film! And also to Paramount Plus for allowing it to be shown.
In my view, it leads to the inescapable
I keep seeing a lot of very confident people on YouTube - looking at you

This week we start a 3 part series on Young Oswald, looking at his life from birth up until joining the Marines. Even as a kid, there are anomalies in the documents and witness testimony that don’t seem to make sense.🧐🐇🕳️
Episode 29 is out Wednesday!
Just spoke to Jeff Crudele, host of JFK The Enduring Secret podcast. Great guy. I’ll probably have him on for the next recap and rebuttals episode. Check out his podcast!
The big takeaways from this episode are:
1) Oswald intentionally used Albert Schweitzer College as a decoy to avoid the 3 years of inactive duty service rule;
2) Marguerite likely knew he was going to Russia the whole time, didn’t need Lee’s help, and knew that Lee didn’t
Episode 34 is out now! We look at Oswald’s discharge from the Marines (to take care of his mom), as well as exactly when Oswald became obsessed with communism and began to learn the Russian language.
New bonus episode! I interview my co-authors of the new book - The JFK Assassination Chokeholds (That Inescapably Prove Conspiracy). Thanks to
@jimmydie1963
, Paul Bleau,
@Andrew_Iler
, and Mark Adamczyk for letting me add my 2 chapters to this anthology.
The conclusion to the 2 part backyard photos series is out today. In this episode, we focus on arguments from critics of the official story. I don’t have a definitive answer.
Let me know what you think once you have a chance to listen.
Why did Oswald choose Helsinki to enter the USSR? Turned out to be the only place where he could get a visa in 24 hours. This is plausibly nothing, but probably something, in my view.
Big Day for the podcast! There is a trifecta of activity going on.
Let’s start with the book: The JFK Assassination Chokeholds is out today. We are currently

in our category.
The book is a collection of essays about things in the case that have been proven by a clear and
Just confirmed that I’m doing an event with

in Cincinnati on Tuesday, November 14. I believe it will be in-person and virtual too. More details to come…
New Episode! We focus on Oswald’s life in 8th and 9th grade. Did he ever attend Stripling Junior High School? And was Oswald really in the Civil Air Patrol with David Ferrie?
@ALF4Prez2020
@nytimes
True, but I understand they’ve asked David Talbot to write a piece for the 60th anniversary. So I thought they would do better. I’d be ok with “we at the NYT believe these doctors are all lying because it’s against the autopsy evidence” - which is the position you must take to
Big news! Fmr SS Agent Paul Landis says he found a bullet matching the identification of ce399 on the back seat and placed it on Kennedy’s stretcher - not Connally’s! Bad for SBT.
Great article here, consistent with Season 1 conclusions in Ep 27.
There are many facts that you can argue could be coincidences. BUT, there are a few key points that show he was likely a CIA asset: the Otto Otepka story, James Wilcott HSCA testimony, and most importantly, the routing of Oswald’s 201 file, which bypassed Russia division and went
