I will continually advise, that as a believer if u notice negative patterns in ur life consistently or things aren't going the way they ought. Go on a very long fast. It doesn't have to be 6am-6pm everyday..And it doesn't have to be every day. Also ensure you pray while doing it

In conclusion there is so much benefit in fasting and praying. A believer shld do it more often. Tips on fasting: You can start with 12am to 2pm daily, be consistent. It helps ur body adjust nd then you can increase later. If you have Ulcer. You can start ur fast by 6am

Eat between 12am -5:59am and then take it from 6am to -3pm . ( Kenneth Haggin did similar). It's not abt hunger , it's actually abt reducing good intake so you can empower the spirit over the flesh and also to help you concentrate on spiritual things.

Also to add I have done all manner of fasting, from dry to white to fruit. I have lived a consistent fasting life for over 11yrs +. I don't like dry fasting, neither fruit or white 😣. I like food,I like the taste of stew😏. But there a times you just ave too.

I would also ensure that I prayed in tongues at least for an Hour. Actually 2021 was a year I majorly worked from home, so I made it a call to wake up as early as 6am, take my bath and at most be at my desk at 8am. So from 7am atimes but majorly 8am, I will simultaneously

You see that 6hrs, 12hrs prayer ur seeing everywhere, it is needed and will continue. There is a coming rain of revival, and Prayer is needed to host the revival. Trust me you will see more of this 12hrs in days to come. While I know some ppl ave made a boast of it.

God really helped me. I was able to keep to d fast, it continued in December and then I decided to take it through 2022. For the first 3 months in 2022, I fasted all days . I would break most times by 3pm cos I had other mental engagement.

Then after then I returned back to my 5 working days fast. I set out for work by 5am, so I would ensure I spent 20-30 mins in the bus praying under my breath in tongues, then sleep the remaining period πŸ˜‰. Then in the office I would also ensure I also pray at least 1hr
