Yia Xiong, a Hmong Elder, was shot and killed by the St. Paul Police Dept. last week Community has been marching together for over an hour outside SPPD Western District demanding Justice for Yia Xiong: “I am Deaf, Don’t Shoot! — No English, Don’t Shoot! — No Justice, No Peace!”
