This scene had me dying I was so immersed and felt into it and it was just overall such a well done scene that was visually stunning
I’ve heard a lot about performances in Dune 2, but no one talks about Javier Bardem as Stilgar. He gave a comedic and refreshing performance that hasn’t been praised enough.

Which series should win?
Rewatched Dune 2 but in IMAX this time. This film is a massive, masterful, passionate, and stunning spectacle that is one of Villenueve’s finest. The theater had me shaking and the sound and screen made everything so much more immersive on second watch.

Was it just me, or did Paul seem sort of power hungry in the final parts of Dune 2? He was yelling about his unimaginable power like he’s Walter White and seemed like he was getting too obsessed with the Mahdi and Prophecy
Dune Messiah has so much intrigue to it and originality and is probably going to take a whole new creative spin when the film releases because it just feels so much more political and polished than the first book. 50 pages in and I’m stunned.
Once Upon A Time In Hollywood always seems to have one flaw for most people; Sharon Tate’s inclusion into the story. While her inclusion in the story only becomes clear in the end, the film did all the scenes with her character so well.
