John Navarro (40) denied parole following hearing attended by one of our Deputy DAs. In '03 Navarro & accomplice were on HWY 380, became angry when another driver honked at them, & fired multiple times at the victim vehicle, killing a passenger. Navarro was sentenced to 30 yrs.

Malik Dosouqi found guilty, 2 counts of 1st degree murder following a court trial in front of Judge Novak. On 6/17/19 Dosouqi murdered cab driver Abdul Nasher. A day later he lured a tow truck driver, John Pekipaki, to the same location & killed him. Sentencing on 4/15/22 at 11AM
Margot McCloud (61) found guilty by jury of battering an elder adult. In 2020, McCloud was the live in caretaker for an 85 yr old stroke victim who was seen by a neighbor repeatedly striking the victim on the head for reportedly placing trash in the wrong bin. Sentencing May 3rd.
Randolph Michael Haldeman (62) sentenced to 165 years to life following his previous conviction by a jury of multiple counts of child molestation, victimizing 9 children over the course of 30 years working as photographer at a local swimming pool.
