Boys cross country captures their third state title and the girls are runner-up in a very close battle. Quite the combined showing after both teams won the CIF Southern Section last week.

You have to love it when a team earns so much respect from their peers that they provide them a spontaneous round of applause as they walk to the bus. Go Tartans and good luck to the baseball team today!
St. Margaret’s is proud to celebrate an unprecedented eight NCAA Div. I athletic commitments today. Congratulations to all of our student-athletes, coaches and parents!
“St. Margaret’s might have the best small-school student section in the area. The Kitchen is a crazy crew and it should be no different when the Tartans host Salesian on Friday. These kids are weird . . . in a good way.”
Congratulations to the boys track and field team for winning the CIF Academic Team Championship for the second consecutive year. They were honored at Angel Stadium tonight with Harrison Tanaka and Coach Vazquez representing the team on the field.
Welcome back football, we missed you!!! The Tartans will open the season on Friday at home against Aquinas and it should be a fun one. 7:00 P.M. kickoff and the Tres Compas food truck will be available from 6:00 P.M. to 8:30 P.M.
It’s a final…Tartans advance to the CIF semifinals and will take on Claremont at home next Friday night. Another great day for Tartan Athletics!
