I weighted myself after a loooong time. I'm 167cm (5'6), 93.3kg and have a bmi of 33.5 and 38.1% of fat... This is not good. So I'm gonna lose weight and be at my ideal weight in this 6 months. Which is 60kg... this is gonna be tough. BUT IGMI!!!
