Many more families want to adopt an infant than there are babies available. I was an unplanned teen pregnancy and I feel gratitude, beyond words, for my birth-mom who bravely chose adoption. Encourage adoption: it brings joy.
I agree with Maggie. This language used among CS people is a shortcut since we know what it's actually doing and NOT DOING. But when we use this language facing the public, it is factually misleading to them. I'll add AI doesn't "think" or "know" or "feel" or "learn" in the
Stop👏using 👏 anthropomorphic 👏 language 👏 to 👏 describe 👏models 👏.
It can't see --> it can analyze image input
It can't hear --> it can analyze speech signals
It can't speak --> it can produce audible output.
Stop. Please.

Today is very emotional for many, the in DC. For me, I feel deeply grateful to all who show love to BOTH the mom and her unplanned child. I was that unplanned child for an
@MIT
student who graciously placed me for adoption. Maybe you were unplanned too?
Happy wishes today to birthmothers who courageously placed a child for adoption, and moms who adopted those children. I love both my moms, even the birthmother I never met! Please know how much all of you are loved and appreciated :))

In this time when some people turn to hate, whether against women or men, or people of a particular culture or race, or any human, I am reminded of the truly great words of Booker T. Washington. "I shall allow no man to belittle my soul by making me hate him."
Each success

that we've had is built on a huge team effort of creativity, hard work, and collaboration, stretching back for decades now.

Congratulations to Scratch - 100M! So many young people impacted! I remember the early days when Mitch

was first presenting the "spinning cat" and people rolled their eyes, and not just because the cat was spinning.
Big news: there are 100 million Scratchers in our global community! 🎉🥳 Thank you for imagining, creating, and sharing your animations, games, and stories over the last 15 years. Your creativity and compassion inspire us every day!
This is national adoption month. Too many kids still need a family. I am eternally grateful to my birthmother for bringing me into this world, and to my family who adopted me into a lifetime of love. Please share how we all might support kids in need.
On Ito, as soon as he learned Epstein was not reformed (as he had believed) he returned the money, apologized, and has been acting to support victims. Please stop harassing those of us who stand up not only for female victims, but also for men, like Ito, who aim to do good.
Years ago I was a foster kid; now I'm a big fan of adoption. There are many more families who want to adopt than there are kids. Retweet to help match-make these and other great kids with loving families.

If you show or retweet somebody saying something wrong, even to make fun of them, you are still spreading the saying of something wrong. As people hear it more, they actually start to believe it. Stop passing on things that are untrue.
One thing I've learned from my recent unpleasant encounter with
