Teamfight Tactics: Lots of people often shrug TFT off as a game totally dictated by RNG. Lots of people are bad. The skill gap in TFT comes from knowing how to MINIMIZE the EFFECT of bad RNG and MAXIMIZE the OPPORTUNITY of good RNG. 1/3

The #1 way to stay hardstuck is exclusively using results based analysis. Just because your play worked, it doesn’t mean it was good. Just because your play didn’t work, it doesn’t mean it was bad. The reason for a play being good/bad is independent from if it worked or not.

I had played League on/off for 10 years before hitting Challenger though, I just never committed to grinding ranked. My first season of grinding ranked (S9) I got 500 LP GM, 2nd season (S11) I hit Challenger.
