The lifespan of a college coach seems to be shorter these days. Recruit Junior College players. Ready play right away. Production vs College players not HS. Physically mature and adept at fast paced level of play. Take the “ potential” out of recruiting and go for production.

Incredibly thankful for our guys and happy for the opportunity to play tomorrow. Western defeated a tough as nails Enid 99-97 on 51.4% (37-72) from the field and 38.5% (15-39) from the three point line. Western is 20-12 and will take on Seminole State tomorrow @ 2pm.
