No. I'm under 65 and I got COVID for the first time on Feb 2nd. I ended up in the hospital, I almost died, and my first day back to work is tomorrow night as a trial period to see if I can even come back to work full time. I have to go to pulmonary rehab and to a neurologist.

No, we do not hyper-oxygenate operating rooms. Doing so would create a massive fire hazard as one of the properties of oxygen is that it makes everything more flammable. Masks do not trap carbon dioxide or prevent oxygen exchange in any meaningful amount.
