In our early meetings of brainstorming on Smolder's Emotes, I remember pitching this VO line as a joke to make my team smile, but they really liked it and it became real! It only has a 1% chance of playing so think of it as a cute easter egg more than anything else :)

⚔️👁️SOUL FIGHTER VIEGO SFX THREAD🧵 ‼️ 1. Auto Attacks - I wanted this Viego skin to have a weighty sword that feels satisfying to swing, and feel fighting game-y, so I incorporated punch sounds into sword stabs. Crits feel more like old school fighting game hit sounds.

Mythmaker Irelia is going to be on PBE. Here are her SFX in isolation! Extremely happy with how she turned out. Her Auto Attacks, and her Q will feel more powerful at max passive stacks. Added in a bit more transient on the cast. Hopefully her Q resets and Autos feel good! :)

Here are the Fright Night Draven PBE SFX updates! Auto, Q hits - all made more impactful / deeper Q cast , R cast- more chainsaw, added a bit more blade detail to the Q cast Recall - chainsaw made Louder Passive - now you can hear spooky laughter!

Hey guys, thanks for the feedback. Here are PBE Soul Fighter Viego SFX feedback changes: + New R Hit, and Execute sounds - Crowd Cheering for Viego! + Possession sounds amped up & Isolde whispers on exit. + E has 1 more music variation to avoid it feeling repetitive.

6. Idles and Emotes - Had a lot of fun with this one. I pitched Ctrl + 2 Taunt to be spammable alongside Samira to emulate a 2D fighting game. The dance music was fun to write too - I tried to go for a READY! Character select screen, that also references a certain dance.

2. Q - The most important ability. The Stab following into double strike HAD to feel good, so I made it feel punchy like your soul is getting sucked out of your body. Also, Isolde appears and disappears as Viego is stabbing with his sword, so there's sound for her dark whispers.

Today was an absolutely amazing day. I got to visit the KR office and the LoL park. Here are some photos: 1. At the entrance to LoL Park, Yuumi statue! Just got brought in 2 days ago - I might be the first non- KR Rioter to have taken picture with it! :)
