If it's a ski mask I suppose it should be a snep. Breathing is through both the nose and mouth, the nostrils are open and on this mask I added an internal divider near the upper lip to keep both cavities separate

I spent part of last year working on processes to directly 3d print foam reliably. Compared to cast foam or resin, it's incredibly tough, open-cell, can have internal features like air ducts and density can be varied in-situ from near-solid to softer than upholestry foam

I used a lower durometer TPU for this side of the head and it's actually softer than upholstery foam. I don't have a good way to measure so a poke test™ will have to do. Excited because I prefer carved foam heads but designing and tweaking digitally is so much easier to me
