Veterans deserve the very best our nation has to offer, and that includes safe, stable housing. I plan on working closely with the nonprofit Clear Path to help them transform an old convent in Leominster into housing and supportive services for veterans who are unhoused.
In Leominster, I learned about the fantastic work the South Middlesex Opportunity Council is doing to tackle homelessness. I will do everything I can to support their latest effort to convert a former motel into permanent supportive housing for our most vulnerable neighbors.
