Nico Schlotterbeck has improved in many ways this season. One of the most important being his patience and contextual understanding of open channels during build-up phases.

Dortmund can win this tie. There's nothing about this Atl Madrid team that demonstrates real elite quality outside of their low-block and even that was crumbling as the game progressed.
