This hedgehog came in covered in fly eggs and fleas. Our vet and vet nurse carefully removed the parasites with a toothbrush but! If you have old mascara brushes we can use them for this purpose so send them in to us please, address in bio😊 he is now recovering @RSPCA_official

It was SEAL RELEASE DAY TODAY! We released 11 seals! The following seals have returned: Manny, Ellie, Sebastian, Nala, Lady, Tramp, Thumper, Sneezy, Belle, Scar and Drizella. On a previous release Mufusa, Cinderella, Bashful, Minnie Mouse, Hans, Grumpy, Eeyore and Rachel too!

Maleficent, the 3rd adult seal that was entangled in cargo netting. Her wound is being washed and then her cubicle will be refilled, adding 50kgs of salt with her per day. She has lots of swelling under her head but improving. #seals #entangled #entanglements

We have a roe deer who was hit by a car, admitted to the center a couple of weeks ago. He was admitted collapsed & lethargic but has been under supervision, and is now eating very well and is standing and walking. We are hoping he continues to recover 🤞😊 @RSPCA_official #deer

This hedgehog came ringworm. He is currently being treated and will be with us for a while before he recovers. Did you know ringworm is a fungal infection of the skin which causes irritation and rash, drop of hair/spines? It can be treated but takes time. #hedgehog #hedgehogs

Our pups have moulted!These are our grey pups who are transforming. In order: Bubba and Gloworm,Devils coach horse and Waxworm,Money spider,Charlie pig Stink bug, Spittle bug, Cockroach, Ear wiggle, Ruby Butterfly, Lacewing, Damselfly, Firefly,Harlequin beetle and Super worm. 🙂

We have two little stoats in, who was rescued after their mother was run over. They are both doing well so far 😊 fingers crossed it all continues. **If you find injured animals, if safe to do so, please come to the centre, it is the quickest way to be seen by a vet #stoats
