Biggest thing for me here isn't the cut the schools will take this year: it's the future assets (NCAA units, Rose Bowl settlement) being all ours AND the 10 will have to make guarantees on liabilities.
With the House case ... that's **super** important.
Departing Pac-12 schools will forfeit a portion of distributions over the remainder of this year and provide guarantees against future liabilities.

The deal was reached BEFORE the courts decision. And the 10 got what they were asking for. Voting rights on current school years revenue.
