Adding intensity every week until lives this winter. 85% all the offspeeds. CB needs tuning but slider has come a long way for learning it this summer and not throwing it much since, and the splitter is easily best pitch. Fb- 86/88 2300 CB 73/75 2500 SI 78/81 2300 Sp 75/78 450🤌

Got checked out for shoulder pain. Irritation because my scap load is too deep and my pec is fighting it and the external rotation. Great news, a few mechanical fixes and we are back. Also got MOCAP and found out my scap load is 70 degrees #yearofthepec went too hard @JohnEcreel

Buildup throw from yesterdays VELO session. Been doing a lot of kikuchi drills trying to feel myself sit into my backside. Mechanics have been really bad out of the stretch but this throw was the best I have felt in a while. Not only that but the 85 was pretty low intent🧃⚡️📈

Saw this photo from @dhayes422 on IG. This position is absurd. His front leg looks soft in video, but I wish I could get into a position like this. In my eyes, this shows perfectly how it’s not about pushing off the backside but rotating and snapping that back leg down.

@Challenger_ST @CoachTrott I’m my opinion, this is a very bad take. Basketball started and I immediately saw gains in baseball. Not only that but it was the best shape I had ever been in. Maybe a school doesn’t want you because you’re good at another sport. But it doesn’t hurt being a multi-sport athlete

For the last 3 months, I’ve shown I have the VELO in me. 90 yellow PLYO, 100 pulldown, 98 shuffle throw, but I couldn’t get anything out of pitching positions. We found some lower half changes between pulldowns and flatgrounds. 📈📈 @imstilllucas @TreadAthletics

Picture of me at the exact same moment in my mechanics. Overextended, pushed off my back leg, glove side is already opened all the way, and my head is so unstable that it’s blurry. Difference between 96 and 89… there are similarities, but the differences are a sore thumb
