Pueblo police provided a courtesy ride to an elderly citizen and his dog. We had a hard time getting the dog out of the police car. Apparently the dog wanted to continue his “ride-a-long” with the police… and be the driver!

Officer Sanders was doing speed Enforcment in the 2000 block of W. US HWY 50 at around 2:37pm. He clocked and stopped a driver doing 108MPH in a posted 45MPH zone. He was cited and will most likely lose his license as a result of the 20 point violation. #thinkbeforeyouspeed

Paws Fire - City Park and the Aberdeen area next to city park have been evacuated due to a fire on both banks of the Arkansas River. Pueblo City Fire and several other local Fire Departments are fighting the fire. Due to the high winds the fire is challenging to control.

Pueblo police were dispatched to a motion activated bank alarm at a credit union. When police arrived they noticed blinds in the building we’re moving. Police found a bird burglar in the building that was trying to get out. The bird was safely escorted out of the building.
