Denmark has a new law on child participation coming into force in January and it is a really good example of the impact incorporation of the

in domestic law can have across childhood services and education.
Experiencing A level process as a parent today. A lot of lows. Calls into Q so many

. Best interests a primary consideration? Non-discrimination? Right to be heard? We need to do better by this group of young people. 'Erring' in their favour might be a start.
