Today was a non-uniform day at PHS to raise money for the people of Turkey and Syria who were impacted by the recent earthquake. Mr North and Y7 held a cake sale (£151.60) and sponge throwing (£136.12) Thank you for your contributions.
Prestatyn Sixth Form students are celebrating following the publication of the 2018 A-level results.The class of 2018 have seen the overall pass rate rise for the second year running to 98%.

PHS School will be closed Mon 11th Dec. Due to severe weather conditions and insufficient levels of staffing Prestatyn High School will be closed Monday 11th Dec. We anticipate that the school will re-open Tuesday 12th Dec.

Well done to these young people who came to the rescue of a local resident in need. These students helped call an ambulance and find assistance to a local gentleman who had a hypoglycaemia episode. They truly are amazing young citizens of our community.

Good news, the pupil who returned a positive COVID-19 lateral flow test has now been confirmed as negative by a PCR lab test. This means that NO pupils are required to isolate from now on. Many thanks for your cooperation through this process. Neil Foley Headteacher
The Education Secretary announced that there will be a wider opening of schools for all pupils on the 29th June. We continue to await guidance from the Department for Education and the Local Authority about how this can be done safely for our school..
Congratulations Olly! The first person to receive a Pride of Prestatyn award! This amazing young boy helped a lady struggling to pay for a loaf of bread instead of buying himself a bottle of Prime and has since become a local celebrity! 👏

The PHS Library turned 25 years old on Sunday 29th January. Pupils marked the occasion with a birthday cake. Mr Hugh Irving officially opened the Library back in 1998 and returned to celebrate the milestone with us.🎂🎈🎉
