Welcome to Oscar's Kids Ireland, home of the Oscar’s Kids Club. We are a family run children's cancer club founded in honour of our son Oscar. RCN: 20206106
It’s
#OscarsKidsDay
and we’re so excited to introduce the Oscar’s Kids Club! A first of its kind Irish club for courageous kids with cancer, our aim is to support families with fun and friendship through their entire cancer journey.
We are heartbroken to say 3 year old Nora died peacefully yesterday. Our deepest condolences to her adoring Mam and Dad, brother Daithí and all who love her. May her magic light the way through the darkness of their grief. She will always be a treasured member of Oscar’s club 💛
Harry Styles is playing Slane tomorrow and as superfan Róisín (who has incurable Leukaemia) isn’t up to attending, a video is what we need! We’ve been trying unsuccessfully for weeks so this weekend is our best chance to get his attention or the help of someone working at Slane!
Hope you're cosy at home for the toy show. We’re thinking of our beautiful Oscar tonight and all the other magical children who have been part of or loved the show who have passed. They are still all here, carried by those who love and adore them 💛
#LateLateToyShow
We are heartbroken to hear the news that the endlessly inspiring and courageous Saoirse has passed away. It was an honour to make her smile. We send our deepest love and strength to her adoring parents Roseanna and Ollie, and her wonderful little sister FarrahRose💛
Thinking of all the incredible, sick children, especially our beautiful Oscar, who have featured on the
#LateLateToyShow
over the years and are no longer here to delight in it. For all the loved ones left behind, we hope tonight brings into full colour those special memories 💛
On
#WorldCancerDay
we honour our beautiful son Oscar and all other children like him who have died living boldly and brightly with cancer. We are infinitely inspired by them and all children living with cancer right now, in awe of their pursuit of joy even on the darkest days 💛
We are so saddened to say our club member Ailish has died. This beautiful, courageous and kind young woman, who just turned 17 last month, was diagnosed with a brain tumour in 2021 and she lived and died bravely with cancer. Our deepest love and condolences to her loving family💛
It’s
#LateLateToyShow
time 💛 We’re thinking of our beautiful Oscar tonight and all the other kids who have been part of this magical show over the years and have passed away. So much love to all those families and we hope the warmth of those memories keeps you cosy tonight.

The

So glad April is having a lovely time at
@powerscourtHtl
hotel as a treat from Oscar! A big bed and chicken nuggets sounds like an evening well spent 🤩💛
Oscar’s Kids may just have Mam and Dad as full time workers (and Oscar and Teddy of course) but the truth is when we need it, we have thousands in our corner to help! For CJ’s Christmas this weekend, with the help of Moonpig, over 10,000 people sent CJ a Christmas card this week!
Hi
@CraigRevHorwood
💛 We have an urgent request for a very ill child in our childhood cancer club. He’s an enormous
#StrictlyComeDancing2022
fan and you are his absolute favourite. If there’s ANY chance you could send him a video message it would mean everything to him.
After a lot of soul searching about Oscar’s Kids Club we have decided all new members from this point will be palliative or end of life. We have been so profoundly impacted by each and every member of our club and feel this is the way we can best support the most vulnerable (1/2)
We need your help! Our newest amazing Oscar's Kids Club member CJ is only 19 months and has no treatment options left for his brain tumour. We're helping him celebrate Christmas THIS WEEKEND and the family would love Christmas cards for CJ! A card of any kind would be amazing!

A very happy

#ChildhoodCancer
#OscarsKidsClub
Thrilled to treat Oscar’s Kids Club member Freya, who was diagnosed with medulloblastoma in 2018, to the brand new Lord of the Rings Lego Rivendell set. We’re almost as excited about it as she is and can’t wait to see the finished build!💛💪🏼
Oscar showed us that we had to live life to the fullest and the darker the day, the brighter we had to make it be. So now it’s our job to carry his light & kindle that joy in other kids like him. Let’s light the way through the darkness together💛
#InternationalChildhoodCancerDay
Today is Oscar’s birthday 🎈 We’re working so hard for Oscar’s Kids Club, we ran out of time for his birthday fundraiser today. So instead, we’ve spent the money we would have hoped to have raised, €15,000, on gifts for our club members. The fundraiser can wait. The fun can’t💛
All our good wishes go with Aaliyah and her family today as she becomes the first Irish child to travel to France for ONC-201 treatment for her brain tumour (which is the same as Oscar’s). She’s incredibly brave so we’re sending her on little Disneyland trip while she’s there💛
A massive thank you to the incredible folks in
@DubFireBrigade
for getting into the Christmas spirit for our Oscar’s Kids Club member CJ who is having an early Christmas today!💛🎅🎄-
#childhoodcancer
When Oscar was diagnosed we slowly discovered that beating cancer isn’t just about curing it, it’s about living fearlessly with joy in spite of it. Oscar overcame cancer in every other way and inspired us to fight by supporting kids just like him💛
#ChildhoodCancerAwarenessMonth
From our family to yours, we wish you a cosy Christmas. Thanks to your support, this month we were able to gift €14,000 to our club families in presents and financial aid for a big Christmas food shop! It gives us comfort knowing Oscar has spread so much cheer this Christmas 🎄
We are trying to fulfill a Magic Moment for a young girl who lives in Cavan before Christmas. We have a beautiful bicycle for her but are struggling to find any courier that will take an item that large from Dublin to Cavan this week. Can anyone recommend a place that could help?
We are so delighted to hear the good news from one of our families that Noah, who had a tumour on his spinal cord which meant he had to learn to walk fully again, got clear MRI results back! We are so delighted for him and his family and hope the year ahead is full of magic 💛
Thinking of all the amazing mothers who have held their child tightly through a journey with cancer, and those who are currently doing so. You’re all heroes (none more so than Oscar and Teddy’s magical Mammy… We love you Yav!) 👨👩👦👦❤️
One of Oscar’s Kids, the magical Marlie, had a bone marrow transplant yesterday & now faces more chemo. She ADORES Dumbo and loves Colin Farrell’s character, so thanks to our

For our first

#childhoodcancer
Club member Leon (who is being treated for relapsed leukaemia) just turned 8 over the weekend and this big Man United fan got some new goodies from us on top of an epic win! Next up from us is a trip to Disneyland Paris in July and Leon’s first ever time on a plane! ✈️

The magnificent Marlie is 3 and has a grade 4 embryonal brain tumour. We were honoured to gift her a Magic Moment and as she loves elephants, she’s going to meet them and our pal

Marlie received a VERY special Dumbo gift in the post from her new friend Colin Farrell! A huge thank you to our friend and

Please say hello to new club member Katie! Katie (7) was diagnosed with a Wilms’ tumour in January and is nearing the end of 27 weeks of chemo after having a kidney removed. Katie’s Mam said she always has a big smile on her face and is so happy to be part of Oscar’s Kids Club 💛
