Tripadvisor can be helpful. Although not perfect. If you search for a suburb & outside dining there is a filter. Then I would recommend Street view, just to confirm.

Rule of thumb I've found is that if a place says it is dog friendly, it generally has outdoor tables.
Otherwise it is google searches under al fresco or outdoor, and scan pics carefully. ( because not all outdoor settings are equal)

If you have HEPA filters, takeout and having a few people in your place can be relatively safe.
I have three Sharp HEPA filters, about $200 each, that I bought long before pandemic, for hay fever. Running on medium.
Also, exhaust fans on in toilet, shower, and kitchen.
