I wanted to see how far i can push a more neat and tidy realism. I do wonder if round glasses fit me well...i draw them so often that i'm kind of getting enamoured with them more and more hmmm...round glasses yay or nay?! I think i have to get new ones soon anyway.

Still really like that one and haven't been able to replicate the quality of it. Maybe it's not a great one, because disappointment will follow. But hey, it'd be one of those things where you come along for the ride of trying to reach the level steadily with every piece!

Going back in time a little again, this time to 2017 and a picture for @Magarnon . It still mostly holds up i think, it's a bit too scribbly in places, the lighting is a bit sloppy like the inside of the cape going almost entirely black in such a bright light. More thoughts below

You know, at this stage it's very rarely for me to be truly mystified by an artist. Sure i might not be as skilled as many of them, but usually i can at least tell what they did to achieve this or that. Stanislaw Zalodz's watercolours though? Flipping magic.
