@NewBuildGuruu This is the beginning of a long trek for new home builders. The Hurricane season of the building is now in the opening phases. The real estate crash will create an incredible opportunity to buy new homes at a 40% discount.

@NewBuildGuruu I worked for the largest home builder in the US in 1980 as a construction manager at US Home. I helped build 10 houses for them, but houses wouldn’t sell because interest rates were too high. People couldn’t qualify for a mortgage. The company stopped building houses.
