Congratulations to Recruit Class 2019-14 who graduated on January 24, 2020. Deputy Commissioner James O'Gorman presented the keynote address. The 61 Correction Officer Graduates will now head to four weeks of on-the-job-training before being assigned to a facility.

Thanks to the work of our OSI’s K9 unit, vigilant staff, and @nyspolice , 12 individuals were arrested at Upstate CF over the weekend for attempting to introduce contraband, specifically drug paraphernalia, into the facility. Great work by all involved.

Great job by security staff at Auburn Correctional Facility finding two folding knives hidden in the facility. Their actions help keep staff and the incarcerated population safe.
