Didn't we all agree that littering isn't cool!? This photo shows the debris that crews picked up on I-95 in just one night. Before hitting the road, dispose of trash properly and make sure your load is secured.
Our Road Rangers are some of the unsung heroes of our roadways, ready to spring into action for anyone at any time. Proud of John in

Work Zones are temporary, but actions behind the wheel can last forever. By making safe driving decisions, our roadways will have fewer tragedies and our road workers can feel confident that their community has their safety in mind.

Do your part to keep our work zones safe by following posted speed limits, eliminating distractions, and watching for road workers. Together, we can create a safer environment for the men and women who keep Florida moving.

With severe weather in the area, FDOT is actively monitoring bridges for wind hazards and evaluates for closure when sustained winds reach 40 mph. FHP or local law enforcement will close bridges once wind speeds are high enough to create hazardous driving conditions.
