Landed in Cali and got the best news. Mom is being released from the hospital today. She will be heading back in 2 weeks for a check up and then in 2-3 months for an operation on her brain, but she is going to be okay !!

Some of you guys may remember about my Mom having a stroke a few days before DreamHack Anaheim. Lucky, she has recovered quite well, but tomorrow she will be having an operation done on her brain to help prevent another one Very scary time and I’m asking for prayers and support.

Was just laid off. Have a heart problem that has called for a heart transplant in my near future and no longer have health insurance. Without health insurance through a company provider, I am not able to see the cardiac team that has been handling my case. I am scared.

7 days ago, I had a Cardiac catheterization where 4 stints were installed in my heart while a 29 year old conduit was expanded to fit an artificial valve in that same conduit; today I was fishing. Modern medicine is truly mind blowing and I am so grateful and beyond blessed

Little bit of an update, havnt had the pacemaker replacement yet. I have a number of other things wrong with my heart that they wanted to rule out before just replacing the pacemaker. Some concerns to deal with at a later date, but surgery tomorrow afternoon for a new pacemaker

Been having some medical issues lately and finally took myself to the ER. They’ve determined that there’s some issues with my pacemaker and transported me to the hospital downtown, so that I can have it replaced tonight or tomorrow. Might not be all the answers, but it’s step 1.

Today is one of those days where I realize how lucky I am to be alive. Many of you don’t know, but I was born with a heart defect. My ventricles are flipped and backwards. I had open heart surgery at 2 years old And had a pacemaker implanted at 6 months later.

I really can’t believe I bought a Jeep. It’s not a Benz or a BMW, but 2 years ago, I was working as a manager for $7.25 and couldn’t imagine buying a new car anytime soon. Got heart broken, came back to Chicago. Started making decent money and treated myself for my birthday.

To most people, this was just getting a tooth pulled To me, with my heart defect, this almost took life. Glad to say I made it through surgery with no problems and have fixed a very scary peoblem. Stream grind once I’m able to talk again!!
