1/ Read this thread on EV vis Diesel π§΅
"Volkswagen (VW) calculates that a diesel car emits less CO2 than an EV for the first 70,000 miles it is driven. How can this be? Fabricating one EV battery entails mining about 250 tons of rock to secure the minerals needed.
H/T Lars Tvede
2/ The energy used in the mining ecosystem, oil, coal, and natural gas, means that 1 EV has a carbon debt equal to emitting between 8 and 20 tons of CO2 before its first mile driven. Realistic scenarios could lead to EVs emitting more total CO2 than conventional cars over life
@MenthorQpro
1/ How much does a diesel emit? How much does the EV emit by being charged with electricity that is produced with fossil fuels? My point is: by just asking these two questions this picture is complete out of context and nothing but a socialist dream.

perchè usare i cari e vecchi idrocarburi quando puoi creare pacchi batteria generando voragini megagalattiche e danneggiare l'ambiente per poi dire a tutti: "hey sono green emissionihhh zerohhh!!"
@MenthorQpro
This does not include the CO2 needed to upgrade the electric grid and generator capacity to support the EV's. Need to double the electric grid to replace ICE autos. Not including semi trucks.

This is a BMS (battery management system) for a 43 volt 10amp ebike battery I opened up to see what size batteries were in there. It had 12 21700 cells instead of 18650 cells. 18650 is 18mm in diameter by 650mm long, the size of AA battery. Rechargeable batteries come with BMS

I didn't think child labour emitted much C02 mining EV minerals. Surely child labour is low on emissions compared to Western mining practises. You need to revise your workings
