In a previous discussion about endoscopic necrosectomy I mentioned I tell my pts to drink plenty of papaya or🍍 juice. Here is why. Big chunk of necrosum removed with no resistance. Enzymes soften the tissue and make removal easier. What are your tricks?

EVERY interventional endoscopist should be comfortable with 💉 abdominal decompression. Last week I did an ESD in hep flexure & had minute perf. However, pt developed tense capnoperitoneum. 💉 decompression allowed us to decompress abdomen & complete the case.
