completed my first #murph challenge at Rebel Fitness: a mile run followed by 100 pull-ups/rows, 200 push ups, 300 squats ...then end with another mile run ✅ (true savages compete it wearing a 20 lb vest) thanks to BMacphotography for the pictures!
