The way Cinderella uses shadows to help with the narrative and give it an extra meaning is pure perfection. Alice and Peter Pan do this too, but they're not AS important to the storyline as they are here. The shadow of the window framing Cinderella in a cage? Come on now 👌👌👌

The overwhelmingly positive response to the new animal puppets at DAK is further proof that is exactly the kind of thing missing from Galaxy's Edge. Unique roaming characters add so much life and immersion to a land, even with the puppeteers fully exposed like this.

Decided to do a quick redesign of the logos for Universal Florida and Islands of Adventure, using the Volcano Bay logo as a style guide, so they'd all work together. Original logos on the right. The logo for the whole resort could keep the earth, but the parks don't need it.

Disney has come a long way in marketing their female-led movies recently. They worked hard to hide anything feminine from Tangled and Frozen, from the title changes, to hiding their dresses in the posters, to putting the male characters in the spotlight. Raya said NO MORE
