Today I'm heading home for Thanksgiving and it's the first time I've ever felt like I don't want to go. Thanksgiving was the last time I saw my stepdad before he took his own life before Christmas. It's hard to celebrate a holiday about family when a part of yours is gone.

Seven days and still one very sick MacNcheese. I got tested for flu and it came back negative but the doctor said I probably have it anyway since the test is only 70% accurate. I take being healthy for granted.😭😭😭
