Clearly part of the PR to seek legitimacy and acceptance by the international community. But why not their leaders? Why always 'spokesmen'? Spokespersons represent some one. Where are they? Why don't they speak? Who are the real 'leaders' or 'masters'? Can M. Haibatullah speak?
