Interesting move by Punjab govt to start work at 730am. Maybe time for courts to consider starting at 830/9 am, and finishing earlier! In summer Rajasthan HC begins at 730 am. Should save electricity cost and travel time (avoiding traffic) though night owls won't like it!

For those fretting about the law Commission 'report' on sedition, I say don't worry- successive government's have not taken LC reports seriously 😑. And not many lawyers read LC reports either, till a case comes up on the subject and one is paid to do so.
