If I were an ANC NEC member, I would have long tabled the Xolobeni matter as an agenda item. The ANC government's treatment of Xolobeni does not scream liberation movement, it has all the remnants of colonialism. ANC senior leaders have become influencers for big corporate. Yerr.

I knew President Cyril Ramaphosa had compromised himself significantly with those words at an ANC meeting. SCOPA now has very lengthy legal opinion from Parliamentary Legal. It appears a no brainer - SCOPA must institute an investigation and the President must explain himself.
