Unless there's some sort of backlog I'm not aware of, it appears that the 7-day rate of confirmed COVID-19 cases is starting to slowly fall in many parts of Wales. Still a very long way to go though. Stay safe, follow the rules and we will get through this!

I just drove from Aberystwyth to Newtown and back. My car burned £13.10 worth of petrol along the way. There were three of us in the car. Three return train tickets from Aberystwyth to Newtown would have cost us £17 EACH. Transport needs to be affordable to be attractive.

In a very good mood (for once!) One more day of home learning until half term, lowest covid case rate in Wales since the 3rd of October and my grandmother (65-69 age group) has had her first vaccination scheduled! This calls for a celebratory sausage bap and a walk!

The 59 new cases in Wales today is the lowest number of new cases reported in a day (excluding changes in reporting) since the 20th of March, when we had just 21 new cases.
