Taking the photo because it is cute and fun is fine. Some kids love playing dress-up.
Orchestrating the photo so you will have it ready when your child lives out the life you have planned for them is a bit controlling and disturbing.

Yes, but consider you are taking a picture like this, just in case they want it some day?
Just because you have expectations doesnt mean you have to force them on your kids.

I mean in 2000 my parents took a photo of me in a “class of 2018” tee shirt.
Is THAT grooming too, then? Expecting me to be a high school graduate? Is that saying my only purpose in life is to be an average student? 🤣
