Dad, you are the greatest gift I could have wished for. You are my inspiration, my joy and my everything.
I hope that when you look down at us we are making you proud.
We miss you, Dad. 🥺💔

[PICTURES] These are the emergency houses we are giving, especially for the elderly that would opt out of informal settlements. We prioritize the elderly because they are the most vulnerable.
Noxolo, you have been exemplary to your peers and the nation at large. You left a mark and are now passing on a golden microphone to your fellow news readers.

This journey was not an easy one, but a few valuable lessons came from it, the most obvious being that if women intend to overcome pathriachy they first need to believe in themselves and each other. It's a MUST!
We just concluded a 5 hour long cabinet meeting via videoconferencing. The meeting was on the progress update on implementation of the Governments responses to

I will help. Procedurally, the Councillor is required to provide for people who live under such shocking conditions. Tomorrow I will send my Rapid Response Task Team to the home and inform the Councillor that I intend to provide a house for the family.
This is tragic! We will get in touch with the Councillor there to expect my team. We will build a house and of course inform Social Development so that the family is registered for help.
Aerial view of the Sky City Development in Ekurhuleni.
Sky City offers building packages from R614 570 (R5 500 per month) to people earning from R17 000 per month.
People earning less than R22 000 per month can also qualify for housing subsidies under FLISP.
This is true and I’ve gone through it. I’ve been treated like we are still in an Apartheid state. But that won’t stop me from speaking my mind and the truth.
It's a pity that no amount of money can rid this toxicity about this scourge of corruption. What is also worrying is the expensive way of dealing with corruption, like the Zondo Commission, while there is absolutely no guarantee of consequences. The only way is Good Governance
Earlier today we met with Former President Jacob Zuma. We have been deployed here. Our job is to make sure that everything is in order because ultimately the people who are here [Nkandla] are members of the ANC, so we have a direct responsibility.

I’m wearing my jersey with pride, in support of our national pride - the Springboks.
I wish you the very best for the semi-finals, boys. The country is rallying behind you. 👊🏻🇿🇦🏉

We must stand tall and proud that our campaign was a strong one. The margins were tight and I am confident that I have the confidence of many branches to lead, and thus I will continue to serve in the areas where I am able to. It's a MUST!
[PICTURES 📷] This is Clayville, Tembisa where we’re rolling out an Integrated Residential Development Programme (IRDP) which includes fully subsidized government houses (BNG) bonded houses and social housing. What you see behind is BNG houses.
After every national conference the ANC has a new opportunity to increase the gains of the previous administration, but more importantly, the ANC has an opportunity to right the wrongs of the past. We cannot continue with corruption. It must be left in our past. It's a MUST!
We started this journey together to recapture the right path. Thanks to all of you, the right path is again visible to the naked eye and together we must continue to walk it until it is vividly identifiable. It's a MUST!
Thank you, everyone, for the lovely birthday wishes and Mother’s Day messages. Another number has been added to my youth 😅 and I feel blessed. Thank you for being a part of this great feeling.
I am overwhelmed by the love you guys showed me. 🤗

There have been so many times when I just wish I could talk to you, ask for your advice and to just see you smile. Your sweet memory will forever remain in my heart. Happy Father’s Day in Heaven, Dad. 🕊🤍
Thank you President
@CyrilRamaphosa
for entrusting me to serve the people under the Department of Human Settlements, Water and Sanitation.
I will take on my tasks and serve with dignity, courage and respect.
The COVID-19 pandemic has forced us to do things differently. Never did I imagine a time where we would be forced to host graduation ceremonies online. I just finished recording a congratulatory message for the

Class of 2020, as a chancellor of the Institution. 👩🏻🎓
Today I accepted an invitation by the Members of Umkhonto we Sizwe Military Veterans Association in Ekurhuleni, to be part of their national conference build up program.
This hero stood against the might of the racist SA government and protected us in our struggle at every step. South Africa should lower its flag 🇿🇦 for this outstanding African who stood by us - at great peril - throughout our struggle.
1. Overnight, Thuma Mina became a South African National anthem. We are all so very eager to build our country, all ready to move our nation forward. If Hugh Masekela taught us anything, it’s that South Africa, indeed South Africans can embody international excellence.
WALTER SISULU MEMORIAL LECTURE
I’ve been invited by the Robben Island Museum to be a respondent at a memorial lecture in honor of my father, Comrade Walter Sisulu. This memorial lecture will focus on his exemplary life, values and the legacy he left behind.
🏠 | New home for the family. Thank you to those who brought this to my attention - the plight of the family living in desperate situations. Many thanks to the Councillor who cooperated in the project. The family now has a brand new home.

@AdvBarryRoux
I have responded to the matter. I will be sending my team there. We will build a house for them, and also get in contact with Social Development so that the family is registered for help.
Thank you for caring! ✊🏼
MEDIA BRIEFING: FOLLOWING JOHN BLOCK’S VISIT
I am in the Northen Cape to see my relative John Block. We have learnt with shock that prison does not allow us to see him. This is why we called this media briefing, to show you the blatant abuse of people’s rights.
Not so long ago, this gentleman approached me desperate for a house and I asked my office to attend to the matter.
Today when I arrived at the NEC meeting, I was told that I have a visitor.
I am considering my options regarding an article published in today’s Sunday Times. I want the newspaper to withdraw the misleading information suggesting that I have ordered mass removal of people from informal settlements. I have never done that nor given any indication of that
🚨 Media Statement 🚨
I have noted the report by the Daily Maverick.
Sadly, the article is riddled with inaccuracies and untruths aimed at tarnishing my image.
There is no doubt the report seeks to drive a political agenda rather to inform the public truthfully in line with

Jackson Mthembu’s death has been a terrible blow to the ANC. A committed UDF activist, an ANC grassroots leader, a member of Parliament, a Chief whip of the majority party, a Minister in the Presidency. What an accomplishment! And yet so humble and accommodating of all.
[VIDEO 🎥] Interview w/ Prof. Seepe
This starts off with us discussing the Phala Phala matter in the NEC meeting. In the NEC, Comrades Nkosazana, Zweli and myself were aggrieved by the way the Chairperson was dealing with the matter.

On Monday, l was informed of an elderly woman in Winterveld who’s house had collapsed. She cried about her situation which really broke our hearts but what hurt me the most was that her grandchildren had to be taken away because she had no space for them.
Passing the baton to another capable woman. Comrade Nomaindia Mfeketo go forth with strength and courage. Build the dignity of our people, one brick, one human settlement at a time.
Today I attended an amaKhosi and civil society engagement session at Jozini in Kwa Zulu Natal on the invitation of ANC NEC member Dr. Zweli Mkhize.
In this session we discussed challenges facing civil society organisations in Mkhanyakude.
I have amassed an education and experience to serve with excellence and integrity. I did not achieve a PhD or serve in government for myself, I studied and learnt so that I can serve the people of South Africa to the best of my ability. It's a MUST!
Any business practice that is not above board is bound to open cracks between the leaders and the people and automatically cause trust deficit. Leadership that is not trusted by the people must self-introspect outside the sphere of influence of beneficiaries.
[ICYMI 🗞️] Inequality, the rule of law and scapegoating
We have many examples where court decisions, based on the interpretation of the constitution and the law, have stood in the way of delivering development for our people.
