2007 my parents gave me their lifes savings to invest. Opes went under and it vanished. 2013 I picked mum up from the airport and drove her down beach Rd. I pulled up in front of a house on the water. She asked why I stopped. I handed her the keys to her new house. She cried.

A few years back my lawyers indicated it might be a good idea to live overseas for financial reasons. My response was “I am Australian and this is home. Someone paid tax so I could go to a public school, hospital etc. I am happy to pay their pension in return.” I am good ROI.

I once berated my brother because we were struggling and the $150 he was meant to give me for rent he spent on new tyres for his van. The police had pulled him over because the tread on his tyres was gone and sparks flying behind him. The sparks are a little different nowadays.

Can have all the money in the world but without health you have nothing. This challenge to get super fit/healthy was my iso challenge. Friday 10th July I cut out alcohol, sugars, moved to an incredibly high protein diet and trained 2 hours a day. I weigh 100kg in both pics.
