I never missed a track practice in college I would feel guilty if I did. I was a dog I wanted to beat everyone. I wanted to be the greatest of all time so missing a practice or being late was a no go for me!! Athletes today don't even care about missing practice its crazy!!!

Yall so fast to throw away a athletes time because of Wind that's lame to me lol Everyone in the race had the same wind! Let the athlete have they moment they train 20hrs a week for a few seconds chill and let them be happy. They can't control the weather.

This weekend our program won their first championship in school history! Last year our program finished at the bottom on both genders at conference. This year our women won the KJCAA east championship. The men finished runner up in the KJCAA east championship.

In the toughest Region in NJCAA. The Region 6 title came down to the 20th event, the 4x4! Score was: Barton 111 Cloud 108.5 Fort Scott 107 Fort Scott had to win the 4x4 to have a chance at winning the 1st ever Region 6 championship Fort Scott won the 4x4, running 3:13.11 #6

Last week we went to a meet with alot of D2 schools. 90% of those schools offered our athletes shortly after. Thats why I take my team to D1/D2 meets, it helps them get exposure. Next year we are going to Mt. Sac Relays in California, another big meet to get more exposure

6 weeks of off-season we did hills,sled,circuits,grass runs Today was test day I'm really happy with the progress of this program best 300 last year was 35.59 that's #14 this year Women's side we only had one person go 41 last year this. We had two go 39 today. #BuildTheFort

I respect every #Juco track coach.We have to be very Creative with our workouts.We don't have Facilities or money like the big Schools.We do the most with less.I respect the grind of each coach because, I know how hard and Frustrating it can be.Keep being Great!
