@lrcrml_ Aim for progress and not perfection. Have daily targets, and try to achieve them as best as you can. Pag hindi na achieve, ok lang, bawi the next day. Anxiety and fear - parang kape/beer yan. saktong tama lang ang aim.Too much and it will paralyze. Try your best to relax
