Their voters are mostly anti-authority populists who take pride in voting for parties that can’t win. (To twist the old saying “Don’t blame me, I voted PPC!)

In how many seats where the CPC came second was the PPC vote count larger than the margin of victory?
My recollection is that it was less than five, but I could be wrong about that.

In our ad hoc analysis of those who had PPC signs in 2021 election, about 60% had not voted in any of the last 3 elections, or voted in only one.
If we could motivate them to vote our way, great, but I never found them terribly accessible to a reasonable argument.
