Kids need to be allowed to sip water during class time. Uniforms need to change to shorts, knee length skirts and t shirts. No ties or tunics. Teacher dress codes need to change so they can wear sleeveless, t shirts, etc. It is too hot to NOT effect these changes NOW.

3 years ago I dropped rice, flour, sugar, bread, ground provisions, etc from my diet. I eat meat, fish, eggs, dairy, nuts, green veggies. Some months I drink alcohol, some I don't. I enjoy sugar free desserts 1x per week, sometimes I skip them altogether.

My niece got married last year August. They were in love. In January, her husband was diagnosed with stomach cancer. He passed away in April this year. She gave birth to their beautiful daughter in June. She's 24. He was 28. It has been painful. 2020 has been tough for many ♥️.

Red Bones was a nice vibe. Bar, outdoor smoking, live music, good food. It came to an end. Nothing has replaced it. Don't say J*ngas. Crowded & noisy. And The Pub doesn't have live music. Also, Kingston no longer has proper night clubs.

We visited Harmony Beach Park in Montego Bay yesterday. It is a beautiful space. A little more shade on the beach would be great. The picnic area under the trees is awesome: grassy, shady and clean. It is free to the public. And guess what? We behaved appropriately in this space

The PM needs to address the nation, if only to acknowledge the dire straits we're in: no oxygen, hospitals taking only emergency cases, hospitals overflowing, astronomical positivity rate. Tell us about the field hospitals, getting more HCW hired, the O2 supply. Vaccinations.
