Stop trying to pretend that refusing to serve a "gender critical" is the same as refusing to serve a black person. It's the same as refusing to serve a racist
Not if they want to 1. Keep their job 2. Not be sued for unlawful discrimination.
Staff refusing to serve a black woman or a Muslim woman or a trans woman simply because she is black/Muslim/trans/a woman are engaged in unlawful discrimination. You don’t have a right to do that.
@KatyMontgomerie
Nope, it is not.
Thank to Maya Forstrater gender critical belief is a protected belief in UK.
Rasism isn't.
Go, get in touch with reality, why don't you, Monty?
@KatyMontgomerie
Is this America we are talking about?
Because political beliefs are not protected, apparently. The Left proved that to us when they advocated for businesses to refuse conservatives and Republican members of Congress.
@KatyMontgomerie
Show me the tribunal that determined racism was worthy of respect in a democratic society. A tribunal did however determine gender critical belief to be.
@KatyMontgomerie
And you still don’t kno what gender critical means, or youdo but you’ve already cut yourself up so all criticism of gender is taken personally.
@KatyMontgomerie
It's like they've never done the basic training you have to do as part of most service industry jobs. For anyone seeing this that's still confused, citizens advice has a helpful guide:

No, it is not. Biology is observation of processes of living organisms without their qualitative assessment.
Racism is qualitative assessment of human beings based on observation of skin colour/hair texture/facial anatomy
They are 2 different, incomparable things

@KatyMontgomerie
No, racism is not a protected belief. Gender critical beliefs are. It’s more similar to refusing to serve a Muslim or Jewish person.
But you know that.
