The biggest lesson I learned this year is to not force anything; conversations, friendships, relationships, attention, love . Anything forced is just not worth fighting for, whatever flows flows, what crashes crashes. It is what it is.
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the death of Najee Ali Baker. Please continue to keep

I'm unpredictable, I never know where I'm going until I get there, I'm so random, I'm always growing, learning, changing, I'm never the same person twice. But one thing you can be sure of about me; is I will always do exactly what I want to do.
The difference between school and life? In school, you're taught a lesson and then given a test. In life, you're given a test that teaches you a lesson.
As I head into work this morning I can’t stop thinking about what just happened. I witnessed an amazing atmosphere this past week at WSSU. The players & coaches loved it, and we hope all the fans enjoyed the game. Next season, let’s make every game Homecoming. HC 1-5.
A big thanks to Former TarHeel teammate, friend and NFL Pro-Bowler Dre Bly for stopping by practice today and sharing your story & inspiration to the Ram FB Family.

WSSU Annual Spring Football Game is set for this weekend. 1:00pm at Carver High School. Ram Fans... get out the house and come socialize. Bring a friend or two. The team will be providing the TD’s, the INT’s, sacks, friendly smacks and you can go to the concessions for snacks.
You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who'll decide where to go...
Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever.
No road is too long for him who advances slowly and does not hurry, and no attainment is beyond his reach who equips himself with patience to achieve it.
Yes I’m old school. I have good manners, I show others respect and I always help those who need me. It’s not because I’m old fashioned. It’s because I was raised properly.
