We had to say a sad goodbye to our lovely Barney today π’π we got him as a stray from the pound in 2009 when he was 5 - he was afraid of bald men and his own shadow initially, but he turned out to be the bestest doggy ever and was a huge part of the family - such a sad day π’π
Home from holidays and no changes to my before picture worth talking about apart from a few freckles and red bits π₯΅π

Just to say thank you so much to everyone who took the time to send best wishes after the death of our wee dog Barney- they are such big parts of the family and we definitely mourn their loss πΎππ’ meant so much xxx A beautiful winters day here - hope you are all well xxx
A poll - for those of you in England, Scotland and Wales - if there was a United Ireland tomorrow and Northern Ireland was no longer part of the UK would you
That's my Dad Sid home from a 10 day hospital stint after having a urinary tract infection and pneumonia. He's home with one of those rollator things- says he doesn't need it and right enough he sprinted to the cupboard to get himself a whiskey ππ₯β€οΈ I'm my Father's daughter π
Portnoo beach and i was sitting in the car admiring the view when a wee man opened the back door and put two king charles spaniels in the back seat - i was pissing myself laughing and he says ahh jesus fuck wrong car π€£π€£π€£π€£πΆπΆπΆ
Youngest son Scott graduating today with a first in computer science- obviously takes after his Ma ππβ€οΈβ€οΈ proud day π¨βππ¨βππππ₯π₯
Took my 88 year old Dad Sid to see his 89 year old mate Ernie in the hospital. They could hardly hear each other but still managed to have a good laugh β€οΈ known each other 85 years - they are both in the school football team pic here from 1947- my Dad back middle Ernie front left
The first ever record i bought was Tiger Feet by Mud in 1974 but the second was David Soul's Don't give up on us baby when i was 7. He was the first poster on my bedroom wall. Sad news -

So lucky to have had such great weather and a stunning location yesterday in Enniskillen for my Nephews wedding ππ₯β₯οΈ sore heads all round this morning and sore legs after all the dancing - have a lovely Sunday folks xx
Had to work late tonight. I'm nearly 55 and have always lived in Northern Ireland. Tonight was the first time I've ever been inside Belfast City Hall πβ€οΈ beautiful xx
In the back of the car with Barney - who is remarkably 'still alive' πππ bless him, at age 19 a week in the kennels doesn't suit him very well, but he's glad to see us and vice versa ππΆβ€οΈ
So this week I've realised it's not the best idea to sleep on the sofa every night with your puppy ππΆπ₯΄ training crate purchased. And look at those floppy ears π€£π€£π€£
Got voucher for Christmas from our lads and just using it tonight for a big session- yeeeoooo π₯π»π·π₯π and not sure about the Jesus bit πππxxx
Thought the bed bugs had arrived in Northern Ireland this morning π± and then i remembered my new pyjamas had lace sleeves ππ¦

Son is currently away on a cruise to Croatia with 3 mates. None of them remember being at dinner last night - apparently one of them had to be carried out of the dining room by staff as he had fell asleep on the table ππππ»π»π₯π₯π₯π₯π€£π€£
It's gonna take me a week to acclimatise to this heat and then it'll be time to feckin go home again π₯π₯΅π΅βπ«π»

March 2020 - longer straighter hair and no idea of how much the world was about to change.
QT the last pic of you before the world changed 4yrs ago.
Feb 2020. Berlin for the 1st of our 50ths. Was supposed to be followed up with at least 1 more trip. COVID knackered that π€·ββοΈ
Have to say I'm knackered after only 4 days of running to see my Mum in hospital and looking after my Da. I feel for anyone who has had to do this for extended periods. In the meantime my Mum is hallucinating in the hospital and my Dad is seeing stuff that's not there at home π
